The old and the weak pray to Savva for the granting of consolation and strength to them, young people and children ask for an increase in faith, purity and chastity! Widows and orphans pray for mercy and intercession, captives ask for consolation and a speedy return from captivity, the sick ask for healing, sinners pray for contrition for their sins, those in need and all in need of help pray for timely help.
